As a Community Halls Support Officer, you will provide a range of administrative and support functions associated with the operation of Council’s network of 46 Community Halls and the Caboolture Hub Learning and Business Centre. Your role will ensure these spaces remain welcoming, functional and accessible for all. This dynamic role will be split between two locations:

About you
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We want to hear from you!
With strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, you’ll have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and support both operational and customer-facing tasks. You’ll be comfortable navigating corporate systems, working collaboratively with others and maintaining a high standard of service across multiple venues.
Whilst not essential, experience with online booking systems, particularly Council’s Bookable program would be highly regarded.
