The Coordinator Early Years Services provides strategic leadership and coordination for Council’s early years programs, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, integrated and evidence‑informed services that support children and families across the municipality.
Reporting to the Manager, Children, Youth and Family Services, you will lead a diverse portfolio of services and teams, working collaboratively with internal departments, service providers and sector partners to deliver best‑practice outcomes aligned with legislative and community needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing and development of children and families in the community.
You are a strategic and people‑focused leader with a strong background in early childhood education and care, community services or a related discipline. You bring the ability to balance operational leadership with long‑term planning and service development.
Experience working in local government or multi‑agency environments will be highly regarded.
