Our Central Otago based clients are seeking an enthusiastic customer service superstar to join their Cromwell based team in this permanent / full-time role. Our clients have been operating across New Zealand for over 100 years and are dedicated to providing an exceptional service to their customers from start to finish.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact with customers and will be responsible for effectively distributing their queries. A high level of customer service and experience building and maintaining relationships is required in this pivotal role and is incredibly important to the success of the business. You’ll be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in a front-facing customer role is essential.
Exceptional customer service background in a fast-based environment.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
High standard of personal presentation.
Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm, and great problem-solving skills.
Comfortable and confident using Microsoft Office.
