We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused person to join our our team as a Customer Service Officer. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, helping members with bookings, or keeping things running smoothly at reception — you’ll be the face of our fantastic facility.

Working Monday to Friday, you will be required to work a variety of shifts consisting of an early shift - 5:15am till 1:15pm and an afternoon shift - 12pm till 8pm. You will generally be rostered to work 1 week of early shifts, followed by 1 week of afternoon shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Handling bookings, memberships, and general enquiries
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre
  • Creating a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine love for helping people
  • Great communication and multitasking skills
  • Previous customer service experience (bonus points for leisure or fitness industry!)
  • Flexibility to work morning shifts and afternoon shifts

Pre-employment requirements:

  • Current C class drivers licence
  • National police clearance (within 6 months old)
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Working with children check
  • First Aid qualification
  • Pre-employment medical (organised and paid for by the City)
