About the role:

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Girrabanya Children’s center.

You will work under the direction of the Centre coordinator, team leader and educational leader to collaborate as a team of early childhood professionals to work within the National Quality Framework.

A commitment to teamwork is essential. This will be a job share lead educator role and will be required to ensure the provision of quality education and care in a safe, secure, stimulating and healthy environment.

About you:

The successful applicants will be Diploma qualified and understand the Children’s Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks.

With a genuine interest in meeting the needs of children and their families you will demonstrate an ability to support a holistic approach to the care, education and development of children that reflects an awareness of the wellbeing of children in your care.

Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children are crucial skills we’re looking for in the successful applicant.
