Full TimeThe Facilities Officer – Operations Management reports to the Principal Facilities Operations and works proactively with the Facilities and Leasing team, as well as collaboratively across Council. The role supports the planning, development and delivery of programs, projects, strategies, processes and tools that enhance the performance, efficiency and sustainability of Council’s facilities and building assets, contributing to improved service delivery and effective operational management.
You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus and demonstrated experience in contract administration. You are adaptable and confident in learning and using service contract monitoring platforms, and you take a proactive, self-motivated approach to your work. With a high level of autonomy, you are able to effectively manage a diverse range of operational services procurement and contract management activities.
