Join our Council team and play a key role in keeping our community’s roads and civil infrastructure safe, functional and well‑maintained.
As a Crew Leader, you’ll lead and work alongside a small team (primarily a labourer) to complete a range of maintenance tasks across Council’s civil infrastructure assets.

It’s highly desirable to hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction or a similar qualification. This qualification is required if you want to progress further in the Crew Leader Framework.
