Do you love leading people, creating safe and high-quality aquatic programs, and making a real difference in your community?
We’re looking for an experienced Learn to Swim Team Leader to help drive the delivery of our Swimming and Water Safety programs across Active Monash facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Learn to Swim Coordinator, guide and mentor instructors, and help ensure every lesson delivers confidence, safety, and fun in the water.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational support, and quality service delivery.
