Maintain the community’s park infrastructure as part of our Parks Infrastructure team. Working alongside an experienced Crew Leader, you’ll play a hands on role in the operational maintenance of Council’s recreational assets. Your day to day work will involve general labouring duties to ensure your allocated parks and infrastructure remain safe, functional and well‑presented.

This is a practical, outdoor role offering plenty of variety and the satisfaction of seeing the immediate impact of your work. You’ll also interact with other Council teams and occasionally members of the public, so strong communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude are essential. Your efforts will directly support the quality and safety of our community’s recreational spaces.

About you
You’re someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in maintaining community spaces and brings a strong commitment to working safely and effectively. Ideally, you have recent experience performing labouring tasks and maintaining infrastructure similar to the assets listed above.
