The Role

You will lead the development of policy, strategy and planning which enhances community access, inclusion, equity and social cohesion within our Community Partnerships unit.

You will also engage in evaluation and social research, exploration of relevant community/societal issues which will enhance community health and wellbeing with a focus on the social determinants of health in a primary prevention space.

This role is full time, with the option for part time/flexible work options.

About You

As the successful applicant you will have:

• High level experience in using community development and engagement principles and practice to lead and implement processes to deliver social inclusion plans, strategies and programs in partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• A comprehensive understanding of access, inclusion, equity and intersectionality as it relates to population health and promoting community wellbeing outcomes.
• The ability to research and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and prepare comprehensive reports, briefings and presentations.
• Strong communication skills, enjoy working in a high performing team together with good time management and organisational skills.
