About the opportunity

A rewarding career development opportunity exists for a school leaver looking to enter the infrastructure industry. Working within the Shire’s fun and friendly Technical Services team. The successful applicant will focus on assisting the Technical Services Officers and Projects team in Technical Services. 

The successful applicant will be:

• Enthusiastic and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment;
• Progressing towards successful completion of Year 12; and
• Living within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.

As a trainee, you will receive:

• Quality training and mentoring in the preparation of minor projects, including the coordination of contractors and employees to oversee the quality of works;

Details

• Non-Continuing, Full-Time employment (76 hours/fortnight)
• Level 1 (17/18 years of age) $45,079 - $48,929 per annum IA 2025-26 rate
