Uralla Shire Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate and Community team. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), this position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of Council's financial operations, delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role and is looking to apply their technical expertise in a collaborative environment that values accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
As Corporate Accountant, you will work closely with senior management and operational teams to provide high-quality financial advice, reporting and analysis that supports the delivery of Council services and long-term financial sustainability.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Council is offering a remuneration package range between $112,460.40 to $126,516 plus superannuation (depending on skills and qualifications).
