We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our People, Capability and Safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing strategic and operational HR support across a diverse workforce.

 

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • A commencing annual salary between $102,726 - $115,612 dependent upon skills and experience (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
  • Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hours agreement
  • Access to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
  • Access to 1 week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
  • Access to long service leave after 5 years of employment
