Wangaratta Library is looking for an enthusiastic, community-minded individual to join our team as a Casual Library Officer.
If you enjoy connecting with people, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating welcoming spaces where community members can learn, discover and engage, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Library Officer, you will play an important role in providing front-line customer service, supporting library programs and services, assisting patrons with technology and information enquiries, and helping maintain a vibrant and accessible library environment for all visitors.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, approachable and passionate about community engagement. While experience working in a library environment would be advantageous, we are primarily seeking a candidate who is eager to help others, enjoys reading, and has a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
About the Role
This is a casual position with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement. The successful applicant will be required to work a flexible roster, including evenings and Saturday mornings.
