JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a high-trust, autonomous leadership role focused on asset management and service delivery across the CBD precinct, Bradfield, and carparks. You will lead and provide expert advice on complex asset lifecycle activities, including Hard and Soft Facilities maintenance plans and activities, ensuring proactive and efficient operations.
The role is responsible for driving innovative, best-practice asset management strategies aligned to Council’s strategic objectives, while assessing future needs and implementing effective facilities management solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining a well-presented, accessible city through high-quality service delivery.
Working closely with the Director Operations, you will oversee budgets, risks, systems, and processes, ensuring they are forward-thinking, efficient, and continuously improving.
