Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact?

Join our own People and Capability team and partner with leaders across a predominantly corporate portfolio, including finance, legal, governance, economic development, communications, government relations and more.

As a trusted advisor, you'll provide strategic and operational HR support across employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, organisational change, leadership capability, and complex people matters. Working closely with leaders, you'll help build positive workplace cultures and deliver people solutions that support organisational success.

What you'll be doing

In this role you will build the capacity of our leaders and provide expert advice across industrial relations and people management. You'll lead workplace investigations, performance management processes and complex employee relations matters. You'll also:

  • Foster strong partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders to identify workforce trends, understand business needs, and develop people strategies that support long-term operational objectives.
  • Coach and advise leaders on people and capability initiatives, strengthening leadership capability and team performance.
  • Manage disciplinary matters and employee complaints with professionalism, fairness, and integrity, escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Provide advice and guidance on organisational design, change management, restructures, redeployment, and workforce planning initiatives.

About You

We're seeking an experienced HR generalist with strong expertise in employee relations, industrial relations and enterprise agreement interpretation and application.

You are a confident and credible professional who quickly establishes trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

With strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, you're able to balance operational priorities with long-term workforce planning and organisational objectives.

You will also bring:

  • Experience managing complex workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
  • Well-developed analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to independently assess complex workforce issues and develop practical recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to provide clear and balanced advice to leaders.
  • A genuine passion for supporting cultural and organisational change within a growing and evolving organisation.
