Title: Maintenance Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week

Salary Range: $69168.4 to $80384.88 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 
1)    To coordinate and manage daily customer maintenance tasks and workloads efficiently and in a timely manner.
2)    To provide effective communication and people leadership, focusing on building strong relationships with direct staff and all stakeholders.
3)    To ensure adherence to council WHS workplace safety standards by conducting risk assessments and enforcing safe work practices.
